29 Days to go

or something like that....

What are we going to knit for March Madness?

As it turns out, these last few years sweaters have been most worn and loved (the first one by my daughter, the most recent by me).

I am thinking back to Drops because they are free and really like Drops 115-1.

There is also the matter of already having enough yarn on hand....

FO Pictures!

I completely finished my CPH on December 23rd, and gifted it to my sister for Christmas. Her husband was nice enough to send me a couple of pictures.

Thanks for letting me knit along, even though I took way longer than the prescribed time. And thanks for all of your encouraging words along the way!

On the needles

A pile of knitting....
I will bore you today with Drops 114-3

As I am now at the endless garter stitch lower portion of the cardigan.

How about March? Are we going to start thinking right after the first of the year? I have my yarn. It is red.

I did it!

I reached my goal of finishing the front before Chris comes home...literally a few hours before, but none the less the front is cast off and I can start on the sleeves now!

Drops

Personally, I think this is the next one I'll be attempting. Drops 117-13.

New Sweater Love

I have fallen in love with another drops jacket design - it is here.

If you hadn't noticed, on their pattern drop down - they have a list of extra patterns. So far most are available only in British, rather than American (for those who care) and several a quite nice.

My dream list keeps growing. Now how can I possibly wear all these sweaters?
I have the first cable repeat on the front done. It's slower going for sure but I should have it done for Christmas.
