Then I pay the price, but not always so I know that I'll keep on doing it.Barbara from Nova Scotiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10153159534633872465noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3464667571555571296.post-27746969474942089092009-11-14T11:45:05.483-08:002009-11-14T11:45:05.483-08:00Awww! I just want to get going; I don't want to have to read and read when it seems like I should just be knitting and purling.Carolinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02782876823581408975noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3464667571555571296.post-3387181111240484702009-11-09T02:53:22.829-08:002009-11-09T02:53:22.829-08:00I have an even worse suggestion.
Look at Hubby. ...I have an even worse suggestion.

Look at Hubby. Look at his build. Look at the directions. If he is a hunk looking guy - on the front you would increase enough stitches in the first row to make up for the cable, then increase slightly on the sides to make it to the chest numbers.

If he has a gut (well, it happens) and his waist exceeds or matches his chest, I would go ahead and do all the increases in the first row and be done with it.

If he is sort of inbetween, I think you can compromise. Leave the back alone and do the increases properly on the front.

It doesn't look like it is that close a fit, so you should be fine....Hollyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15032454459129277383noreply@blogger.com
